With any 5 sign rentals in the same unit, that unit FRG qualifies to receive a free rental to be displayed at their unit area.

During the checkout process of each rental, customers are given the option to name the unit of their returning soldier. Once 5 rentals are credited to the same unit, the unit FRG will be notified that they have earned a FREE Welcome Home Hero rental. Pending permission from the command, the sign will be personalized and delivered to the appropriate unit area.
